All cabins come with Kitchens and Baths, Most with Living Rooms, Wood Stoves or Fireplaces
Deposits
• Approximately half the total rent is required to reserve a cottage. Deposits, Less 30% will be refunded only if a six weeks notice of cancellation is given.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Balance of rents are due six weeks before arrival… no exceptions. Payment is required for entire time of reservation. Late arrivals or early departures are nights that will be charged for.
• Extra persons $15 per night (No charge for infants under 1 year old with own bedding)
• Pets allowed in cabin numbers 1,2,10,11,15,22. NO EXCEPTIONS. $15 per night per pet
• Each cabin has a maximum allowable capacity. Before arrival with additional persons, check with office for approval.
• City tax, currently 14%, not included.
• Woods Lodge is open from late May to mid-October.
• All Cabins NO SMOKING.
• No Credit Cards. Payment may be made by cash, cashiers check or personal check.
